YOU DON’T HAVE TO OWN ANY STARGATE BOOKS TO BE INVOLVED.
Those of you who do own, and are willing to send away your love in the form of these wonderful books, PLEASE HELP US OUT. Some of us own only a few, while others own lots and lots. The sooner I know who is interested, the sooner I can organize the details of how this will work.
Remember that the more people who own books who are interested, the more fun this will be.
Feel free to only share what you want. Some people have expensive signed items that they are not willing to part with, and I think that as fans we all totally understand the value of those items.
The following people have expressed their interest
- teslas, praeter-reality, fandomobsession (me, cassievalentine), smusical, billex-doux, puffandruffle (Not the puffandruffle on LJ), humdrumvee
At the moment, my idea is for those who DO send their books away to write their name, username and home address in either the FRONT OR BACK of their book, and include a slip of paper inside their book. When each book reaches it’s destination, that person then writes their detail on the paper and the cycle continues from person to person. This also ensures that the original owner gets their book back. Because lets face it, we all want our original books back, don’t we?
